Do you offer die cutting?

We do! We offer a number of die cuts to add functionality or personality to your printing.

This gives you the ability to send a postcard with a perforated business card cut-out. It is a great size for customers to hold onto as a business card or coupon once punched out.

You can also create a custom shape outline for a piece that stands out from the rest. A circle die cut is the perfect shape card for a pie from a bakery or ball for a sports theme; or as a contrast to hundreds of rectangle cards. You can send a postcard with a snowman die cut for an attention-worthy holiday or winter coupon mailer.

How can I preview my order before it prints?

We offer an email proof for an additional of $19.99 and a color proof for an additional fee of $40 that we can ship overnight to you.

Why is the preview unavailable?

Accepted formats with preview: .jpg .psd .tiff .eps .pdf. Accepted formats without preview: .ai .qxd . sit and .zip formats. If you would like to see a proof before printing, please contact our Customer Care team at 800-251-9948.  We offer email proofs for an additional $19.95.

When am I billed for my order?

We are a prepaid company and require payment before the order is printed.

What does C2S mean?

C2S means that the paper is coated on two sides.

Can I preview my previous orders online?

YES! If you sign in to your account and select “My Studio” then select “Order History” and it will be give you a history of ALL order that you have place with our company. However, it will NOT give you an image of the files you provided.

Can I reorder a previous order online?

At the moment we don’t have an online option to place a reorder. Please contact Customer Care at 800-251-9948 to place a reorder.

Can I make special notes on an order when I place my order online?

What is the difference between Matte Coating and UV Coating?

Matte is a flat satin finish that doesn’t show fingerprints and makes colors appear more vibrant. UV Coating can be reflective and glossy and has a high solids level that allows the coating to be applied in very thin films.

Is your 100 lb glossy paper text or cover?

We print on 100 lb book weight text with an aqueous coating.

How do I set up my brochure so it folds correctly?

It is best that you download one of our templates to ensure your job will be folded correctly.

How do I know what type of paper my job will print on?

It will be based on the selection you make when placing your order.

Can I order custom sizes on glossy paper?

Absolutely, we can print custom sizes on glossy paper or cardstock.  Please contact our Customer Care department at 800-251-9948 for further assistance.

Can you print on other paper stocks?

We only print on our 14 pt. cardstock and 100 lb glossy paper.

What is the difference between 100 lb glossy paper and cardstock?

The 100 lb glossy paper is thinner paper than our cardstock and it is commonly used for flyers and brochures.

How long will it take to get my proof?

If you are sending press-ready digital files, a proof will not be sent unless you order one. Most proofs will be sent 24-48 hours after we receive your order.

Do you offer custom items and sizes?

Yes. Please call a customer care representative at 800-251-9948 to talk about a specific project. In the near future, we anticipate having a custom option available online.

How do I know the color will be correct?

If your job is color critical the only way you can be absolutely sure the color is correct is to order a Next Day Flyers color proof.

Can I substitute a color for black or grayscale on the backside of my postcard?

If you would like to order color on both sides of your postcard you can order any of our two-sided full color products. Unfortunately, we cannot substitute another color for black or grayscale on the backside of the postcard for the same price.

Can you print a spot color?

We can print a spot color; however, in most cases it is usually cheaper to print four color process. The cost for us to print a spot color is usually around $300.00 depending on the color you require.

Do I get a proof?

If you are sending press-ready digital files a proof will not be sent.

We offer a color proof that is calibrated to match our press. If you are concerned with accurate color of your submitted digital files this is an excellent option. The price for this service is $40.00 which includes overnight shipping to your door. Color proofs are shipped to the billing address unless otherwise specified. Most color proofs will be shipped 24-48 hours after we receive your order.

If I order 2,000 cards can I get 2 different versions of 1,000 but still pay the 2,000 price?

In order to keep our prices as low as possible we can only print one version of each card and still provide a price break for higher quantities.

What does 4/0, 4/1, and 4/4 mean?

1. 4/0 means full color on one side of the card and no printing on the back

2. 4/1 means full color on one side of the card and black or grayscale on the back

3. 4/4 means full color printing on both sides of the card

All full color sides include a glossy, UV coating.

How long will it take your graphics department to check my files?

In most cases, depending on the print turnaround you’ve selected, your files will be checked and approved for a press run within 24 hours.

What paper stock do you print on?

We currently print on a glossy, super-thick 14pt bright-white cardstock and 100 lb glossy paper, also known as bookweight or text weight.
