If my order has issues and I need to resubmit files, do I need to place a new order?

No, you are able to upload files to an existing order by using our resubmit files option; go to the top right hand corner of our website where it reads “Resubmit Files” and click on this option to upload a file to an existing order. You will need to provide your order #, initials, and the email associated with your account.
